About Blog

The “un-birthday” was coined by Lewis Carroll in Through the Looking Glass and is an event that can be celebrated on any day that isn’t the person’s birthday. This inspires the naming of the blog – it’s not about “craft brewing” nor “craft beers”, and I’m agnostic to method of dispense (as long as it’s kept/dispensed well). It’s just about drinking and more importantly making *good* beer, which should be celebrated regardless of what it’s called or the way it is served.

It comes down to taste – if it’s good beer, then who cares how it is served or what it is called? The same old arguments are getting old and tired – we all just want to drink and enjoy.
